- Established in 1957 in Osaka city as a can manufacturing contractor.
- Mitsui Norin Co.,Ltd. requested us to develop canning machine and started.
In 1959
- Upon a request from Nissin Foods Co., Ltd, start to invent Automatic Wrapping
- Machine for instant noodle (chicken ramen)
In 1960
- Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd.( Currently Nissin Foods Holdings Co., Ltd.）requested us to develop wrapping machine for Instant Dry Noodles in 1959 and started to sell in 1960 for Instant Dry Noodles and snack.
In 1968
- Tokyo Branch and factory had been completed in 1968.
In 1970
- Developed Horizontal Pillow Wrapping Machine for straight noodle, spaghetti and Fish Sausage.
In 1973
- Opened Kyushu and Nagoya Sales branch in 1973.
In 1974
- Factory moved to present place in Sakai city in 1974.
- Sapporo branch opened in 1974.
In 1975
- Head office and main factory had been completed at present address and moved from Osaka city.
- Sales branch in Sapporo opened in 1973
- Developed horizontal pillow wrapping machine for long scaled article and dry cell battery in 1970 After that, for Can, Brick Pack and 4side sealed machine for Plaster. Developed Gas flushing wrapping machine for dry product.
- Developed computer controlled Shrink tunnel in 1981

- Introduction of technology (Pewo400 )from pester pac (Germany) in 1981.
In 1984
- Introduction of technology (Pewo700 )from pester pac (Germany) in 1984.
In 1985
- Affiliated with Rodico Inc.(USA) and expansion of Tokyo factory had been completed in 1985.
1991-2019
In 1991
- Expansion of head office had been completed in 1991.
- Manufacturing and sale of wrapping machine which was adopted servo motor to, which was taking a lead in a Wrapping Machine industry.
In 1993
- Hiroshi Kameda (ex-chairman) won the Medal with blue ribbon due to his contribution to packing industry.
In 1994
- Affiliated with Toledo (USA) in 1994.
- Hiroshi Kameda (ex-chairman) was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays.
In 1995
- Developed “N Series” packaging machine exclusively for bagged noodles for overseas markets.
In 1997
- New main factory had been completed in 1997.
In 1999
- Developed Multi pack machine for pharmaceutical bottles, Soup sachet under Noodle cake, static longsseal machine and high speed line for Rice wine gable vessel in 1999.
In 2000
- Manufacturing and sale of NEO3 series
In 2002
- Manufacturing and sale of NEO4 series
In 2003
- Product conveyor with one side support pushing attachment model has been developed.
- Manufacturing and sale of NEO5 series
In 2005
- Developed model CP-1 for stretched multi color printed shrink wrapping film in 2001

In 2007
- 50th years anniversary event was held in 2007.

- Donated Initial model of Horizontal Pillow wrapping machine to Nissin Food Products Co.,Ltd
- Manufacturing and sale of NEO6 series
In 2010
- Automatic wrapping machine for frozen food Model NEO6-STR has been deveioped.
- Twin pack wrapping machine model NEO6-TWNHM2 has been developed.
In 2014
- Developed the “NS Series” packaging machine exclusively for bagged noodles for overseas markets.

- Compact sized shrink wrapping machine model : NEO6-CP415SUD has been developed.
